For our client, a market leader in galvanic surface technology, we are looking for a Senior Controller who will actively shape the future with analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.

In Short

• Analyze and interpret company key figures, create variance analyses, and derive actions.
• Conduct economic analyses for projects and investments, providing recommendations for management.
• Responsible for budget and forecast planning, contributing to annual revenue planning.
• Support the annual financial statement and create monthly and quarterly reports.
• Advise executives on business management issues.
• Develop existing KPI systems and expand interactive reporting.
• Monitor inventory and material flows, analyzing production orders and calculations.
• Identify optimization potentials based on relevant KPIs and implement them.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, controlling, finance/accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical strength, and conceptual thinking.
• Experience in data analysis, preparation, and presentation of complex contexts.
• Careful, results-oriented, and discreet working style.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (ideally abas).
• Very good German and good English skills.
