In Short

• Enable and coach teams to build and maintain their own dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Develop tools and processes in collaboration with data and analytics engineers.
• Train team members on data tools, SQL, and analytical best practices.
• Translate business and product questions into measurable KPIs and actionable insights.
• Propose and drive new analytical projects.
• Own and maintain key dashboards and reporting tools.
• Facilitate alignment between teams and central data hub.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for product managers.
• Support teams during implementation with guidance and reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and fun team environment.

Requirements

• Background in data or business analytics, analytics engineering, or data science.
• Passionate about enablement and coaching.
• Experience translating business needs into data products.
• Active participation in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Familiarity with SQL and analytical methodologies.
• Experience with self-service analytics tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Comfortable in a team with close communication.
