Senior UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

Join us as a Senior UX Researcher (m/f/d) in our Design team on a shared journey that matters! UX research at MOIA is based in the design team, which consists of a diverse team of brand-/communication-/ and product designers, UX Researchers (UXR) and UX Designers with all different types of strengths, characters and professional backgrounds.

In Short

• Manage multiple stakeholders across the company to understand common goals and insight needs.
• Plan, design, conduct, and share research from stating research questions to insights sharing.
• Review and analyze data to translate it into actionable insights.
• Enable product teams to conduct their own research.
• Educate teams on data and user behavior to aid in product development decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design disciplines, engineers, and product managers.

Requirements

• Academic studies in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for aligning with various stakeholders.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in UX research methods.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in an agile development environment.
• Experience with research hardware and software tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
