• Support in planning, controlling, and optimizing Google campaigns and Paid Social Media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results, assist with A/B tests, and utilize insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Help with keyword research and bid management for maximum relevance.
• Assist in the conception, creation, and adjustment of ads for various platforms.
• Support in planning and monitoring budgets for campaigns.
• Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the performance marketing team and creative teams.
• Observe current trends and new features on Google and social media platforms.
• Contribute to the development of efficient processes within the team.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, Media, Computer Science, or similar.
• Initial practical experience in performance marketing, ideally with Google Ads or Paid Social Media.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
• Analytical thinking and affinity for data-driven decisions.
• Good communication skills and team orientation.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
