• Full responsibility for a growing venture within the TEG group.
• Develop and steer the strategic direction of the venture.
• Optimize and automate existing business processes.

• Build networks with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a CEO or in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Passion for education and trades.
• Proven commercial track record and experience in developing growth strategies.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Independent and goal-oriented work style.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel between locations (Dortmund, Hamburg, Berlin, Halle).
