For one of our educational companies, Werkskolleg, we are looking for an organizational talent in the field of Customer Success Management to support our participants on their educational journey.

In Short

• Ensure optimal onboarding of new participants.
• Conduct surveys to gauge participant needs and sentiments.
• Be the first point of contact for questions regarding the training process.
• Manage complaints and feedback systematically.
• Handle contract management and administrative applications.
• Work in a dynamic and mission-driven young company.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (field of study is secondary). Motivation to work with people is essential.
• Proficiency with digital applications; experience with Google Workspace and/or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and structured, independent work style.
• Strong communication skills and high teamwork ability.
• Reliable and discreet handling of confidential and personal information.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
