Overview

We are looking for you as a Customer Success Manager to help our customers achieve more with our Shopify apps.

In Short

Assist Shopify merchants in maximizing the use of our apps.
Engage directly with customers like Snocks, Oceansapart, and LiveFresh to understand their goals.
Provide feedback and ideas from customers to the team to improve our apps.
Work closely with our product team and developers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Requirements

Student with experience in software (especially Shopify).
Skills in communication, responsibility, motivation, and analytical thinking.
Currently enrolled at a university.
Fluency in German and English.
