Overview

As a Working Student in Customer Success, you will be a valuable part of our small, well-coordinated Customer Success team, actively contributing to ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our products and services.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for our customers aiming for a CSAT of over 4.8.
• Respond to all customer inquiries using our support tool Gorgias and via social media within 24 hours.
• Process returns including credits and coordinate smooth operations with our service providers.
• Resolve 70% of customer inquiries with a single email using provided macros.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student for at least one more year.
• Ideally, some experience in customer contact or content creation.
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week.
• High quality standards and punctuality.
• Quick learner with new programs.
• Engaged and positive attitude towards work.
• Proactive and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in German.
