Overview

As a working student in Operations & Logistics, you will be a vital part of our operations team, supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and master data maintenance.

In Short

• Support order tracking, processing, and order completion.
• Plan and organize transport with logistics partners.
• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system.
• Create regular reports on inventory status and delivery status.
• Assist in projects and operational tasks in the supply chain.
• Manage complaints in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Manage and maintain the pallet account.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• First experience in logistics/operations is an advantage, but not a must.
• Very good organizational skills and careful working style.
• Independent and proactive hands-on mentality.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in German, good English skills desirable.
