• Support smooth Employee Experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain and manage personnel data and support larger contract projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in business, social sciences, or legal studies.
• Careful and structured working style with an eye for administrative processes.
• Communicative, proactive, and eager to work in a motivated team.
• First experiences in the People area are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must come to the office 2x a week.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and good English skills required.
