Overview

To advance digital health protection and provide more people with access to meaningful preventive care, we are expanding our customer service team for our product dentolo (brand for dental supplementary insurance). We are therefore looking for a new empathetic Customer Service Agent (all genders) with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of 40 hours. Ideally, your residence should be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - if this is not the case, you are still very welcome to apply (home office possible)!

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with questions about dental supplementary insurance.
  • Support the development of our digital knowledge database.
  • Contribute to process improvement and optimization in customer success.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Dental knowledge is a plus.
  • Interest in insurance topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent German (minimum C1) and fluent English skills.

  • Experience in customer support or similar roles.
  • Organizational talent and teamwork skills.
  • Dental background knowledge is advantageous.
  • Interest in insurance matters.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is ideal.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and fluent English.
