In Short

  • Managing incoming claims independently, including cost estimates and invoices.
  • Calculating reimbursements using our algorithm-based system.
  • Supporting customer service colleagues with claims-related inquiries.
  • Assisting in the optimization and automation of claims management processes.
  • Handling cross-functional tasks, including phone communication with customers.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in claims management or billing.
  • A background in veterinary medicine is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Confident and friendly communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and independent working style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in German at a minimum of C1 level.
