Insurance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Insurance Manager will oversee the management and administration of Payoneer’s global insurance programs, ensuring effective risk management and alignment with the company’s broader financial and operational goals.

In Short

• Manage lifecycle of insurance policies including D&O, E&O, Cyber, PI, Crime, and P&C.
• Ensure subsidiaries maintain adequate and compliant coverage.
• Act as liaison with brokers and insurers to optimize coverage.
• Maintain and improve insurance documentation and claims history.
• Work with Finance and Risk teams on capital resilience models.
• Align insurance strategies with corporate objectives.
• Conduct insurance due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing solutions.
• Oversee insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance risk management, brokerage, or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of various insurance products.
• Experience managing global insurance programs.
• Familiarity with capital models and financial risk management.
• Exposure to M&A insurance due diligence.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of global insurance markets and corporate strategy.
