• A highly-talented Customer Success Manager to join our fast growing Payoneer Team.
• Own the processes of customer onboarding, growth, and retention.
• Help customers reach their business goals and strategic milestones.
• Conduct regular interactions with clients, including CxO level.
• Prepare executive QBRs and develop case studies.
• Be proactive in strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
• Implement best Customer Success practices and improve existing workflows.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Customer-centric mindset and empathy.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to understand key business drivers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach.
• Track record of reaching KPIs.
• Analytical thinking and resilience.
• Experience in the IT software industry is a plus.
