Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Samsara will support the company’s service solutions and ensure an exceptional customer experience, helping to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations.

  • Utilize ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Experience in a high pace environment.
  • Proficient with macOS.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Experience supporting telematics systems is a plus.
