Overview

The Working Student will join getolo's Growth Marketing Team focusing on CRM, assisting with documentation, operational support, and analysis of CRM processes.

In Short

• Maintain and update CRM funnels and campaigns.
• Create and update CRM guidelines and documentation.
• Assist in automating CRM processes.
• Collaborate with the creative team for campaign creation.
• Monitor CRM funnels and journeys.
• Conduct and implement A/B tests.
• Generate and analyze A/B test results.
• Check functionality of CRM funnels.
• Strong focus on documentation and project management.
• Work hybrid from home or in the office.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems; experience with Miro, Confluence, and Braze is a plus.
• Strong skills in documentation and project management.
• Experience or interest in email marketing and automation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
• Analytical mindset for conducting A/B tests.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
