Overview

To further advance digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are expanding our customer service team for our product dentolo (brand for dental supplementary tariffs). We are therefore looking for a new empathetic Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to start immediately, with a weekly working time of (Monday to Friday) of 40 hours. Ideally, your place of residence should be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - if this is not the case, you are still very welcome to apply (home office possible)!

In Short

  • Handle inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers as the first point of contact with their questions regarding dental supplementary tariffs.
  • Support the development of our digital knowledge database.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of our processes and the customer journey in Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or similar areas with customer contact.
  • Organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of dental medicine is an advantage.
  • Interest in insurance topics and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English.
