Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and managing vehicle rentals effectively.

In Short

  • Welcome customers and gather feedback to improve future rentals.
  • Check vehicles for damage and assist with personal belongings.
  • Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
  • Identify vehicles for maintenance and ensure proper location management.
  • Work in various weather conditions and support business needs.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are required.
  • Open to working 40 hours per week, including shifts and travel.
  • Willingness to wear a uniform and multilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%) by airplane.
  • Willingness to wear a company uniform.
  • Speaking additional languages is advantageous.
