Overview

As a full-time Senior Project Manager - Design & Construction at SIXT, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of new facilities, renovations, and capital improvements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

In Short

• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including airport rental car facilities and maintenance shops.
• Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local building codes.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords and regulatory agencies.
• Possess technical knowledge in fueling system design and plumbing systems.
• 10+ years of experience in design and construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Technical proficiency in relevant software.
• Strong soft skills for managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.
