Senior Project Manager, Construction - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager for our Financial Client at JLL, you will manage retail projects throughout the US in a remote position, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project goals are met.

• Manage multiple retail projects across the US.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design professionals and contractors.
• Oversee end-to-end project management from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure projects meet speed, quality, and budget goals.
• Provide weekly updates on project status and risks.
• Coordinate contractor RFPs and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare accurate project documentation.
• Support client initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Preferred: Certification in Project Management or related area.
• Understanding of financial services project requirements.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Ability to manage project closeout efficiently.
