• Manage construction projects across several industrial assets.
• Lead the construction process from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Experience with construction management processes specific to the industrial sector.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors.
• Prepare contracts and collaborate with accounting for budgeting.
• Work with leasing team to ensure project completion without tenant impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of approximately 10-20 projects.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Yardi, and Smartsheet.
