Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you
• You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
• You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy
• You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
