Overview

The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across various channels including email, live chat, phone, and social media, while ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

In Short

  • 100% remote position based in the Philippines.
  • Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PH (Tue–Fri) / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PH (Sat).
  • Training hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH (Mon-Fri) for the first 4 weeks.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries across email, social media, and live chat.
  • Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Google/Microsoft Suite.
  • AU$1,900/month compensation with additional benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Intercom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond under pressure with sound judgment.
  • Highly trainable and self-motivated.
  • Trustworthy and reliable in handling sensitive information.
  • A desire to suggest improvements and get the job done.
