Overview

The Ecommerce Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across various channels. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
  • Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PH (Tue–Fri) / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PH (Sat).
  • Training hours for the first 4 weeks: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH (Mon-Fri).
  • Compensation: AU$1,900/month.
  • Responsible for customer support via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
  • Manage customer accounts and track orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Must have 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Google/Microsoft programs.
  • Benefits include internet and HMO allowances, plus paid time off.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, particularly in eCommerce.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Intercom.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Reliability and responsiveness in customer interactions.
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
