Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and ensuring smooth vehicle management, all while providing exceptional rental experiences.

In Short

  • Welcome customers and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Check vehicles for damage and ensure customer belongings are secured.
  • Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
  • Identify vehicles needing maintenance and manage their location.
  • Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Open to working 40 hours a week, including day/evening shifts.
  • Willing to wear a uniform and multilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%).
  • Ability to wear a company uniform.
  • Speaking other languages is a plus.
