Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Customer Service Agent (d/m/w). As a Business Support Agent B2B, you will be in daily contact with our existing business customers from AUTO1.com and assist them with any questions or concerns as a competent point of contact.

In Short

  • Contact with added value: Handle incoming inquiries from our business customers, whether by phone or in writing, regarding aftersales and operational issues in First-Level support.
  • Diverse challenges: Support our dealers with topics such as logistics, document shipping, payments, and complaints, working closely with our internal departments.
  • Teamwork and communication: Act as the interface between our customers and the specialist departments, ensuring all questions are efficiently resolved.
  • Organizational talent required: Maintain and manage our overviews, reports, and customer data with care and accuracy.
  • Initial experience in customer service is an advantage; ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system and telephone software.
  • You are motivated, work structured and carefully, and are a true team player.
  • Your strength lies in communication: You listen actively, are reliable, and always find the right words.
  • Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and a good command of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are part of your repertoire.
  • An interest in the automotive sector is a bonus, but not a must.
  • 100% remote work: Work comfortably from home anywhere in Germany!

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in German.
  • Experience in customer service is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and phone software.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
