In Short

• Assist with a variety of legal matters including legal research, contract management, intellectual property, and data privacy.
• Conduct legal research & analysis on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.
• Draft & review contracts (NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.
• Support corporate legal matters including governance, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with IP & data privacy topics, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to support legal projects.
• Currently enrolled in a Law degree or pursuing a state examination degree.
• Strong academic performance with interest in corporate law and data privacy.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Gain firsthand experience in a dynamic startup setting.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous legal working experience is a plus but not required.
