We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design/UI Design Intern to join our tech team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience with real-world projects, contributing to our visual design, design system, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, a methodical approach to design, and a keen interest in visual design and marketing.

In Short

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design systems: ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
• Collaborating with the design team: to produce visually compelling graphics and marketing materials.
• Supporting the development of visual assets: for marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions: contributing creative ideas to enhance user experiences and marketing strategies.
• Supporting user research: gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user interfaces.
• Staying up-to-date: with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UI Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Methodical and organized approach to design, with experience working within design systems.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of UI design and graphic design work.
• Understanding of branding and the ability to apply brand guidelines to design work.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) and basic understanding of user experience principles and best practices is a plus.
