Visual/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Visual/UI Designer at MakerSights, you will play a critical role in shaping the content and visual design of our products - including our software platform, our insight reports, and more. Through the MakerSights products you will be helping apparel, footwear, and accessory brands make informed product decisions. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will work closely with the product, marketing, and insights teams to create functional, beautiful, and user centric designs that solve real customer problems.

In Short

• Design innovative ways to present complex data and insights.
• Create visually compelling design assets for marketing.
• Maintain and evolve design language for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Product team to design new features.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Liaise between Product, Marketing, and Insights teams.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in design, ideally in SaaS or research-driven environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
