In Short

• Support the team in answering legal inquiries and drafting legal documents.
• Involved in legal projects related to data protection and information security.
• Conduct legal research and prepare expert opinions for internal stakeholders.
• Verify legal and commercial backgrounds of clients for capital market requirements.
• Participate in financial and regulatory audits.
• Monitor regulatory provisions and keep the team updated.
• Strong communication skills in German and English required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in agile working.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Very good MS Office skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Studying law (Rechtswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsrecht).
• Affinity for business law and capital market law.
• Practical experience in the legal field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Interest in the IT sector and startup environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Proficient in MS Office.
