• Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in business intelligence, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
• Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Strong ability to connect BI insights with business strategy.
• Knowledge of data analysis, ideally with Python or R.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and processes.
• Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.
