Overview

In Short

• Support in planning and executing internal projects and processes.
• Create presentations and analyses, including monthly stakeholder presentations.
• Assist the team in daily operational tasks.
• Conduct research and data analysis using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency.
• Proactively follow up and support the team in meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• At least three completed semesters in a business-related field or a completed vocational training.
• Strong enthusiasm for software and digital applications.
• Good understanding of tasks and a hands-on mentality.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking for creating and evaluating reports and presentations.
• Proactive working style to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent and self-organized working style, as we primarily work remotely from home.
