• Monitor photovoltaic systems using our monitoring software.
• Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally.
• Identify errors and derive appropriate actions.
• Create customer-oriented dashboards and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Studying ideally in a technical field or renewable energy.
• Very good technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Reliable and independent working style.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
