Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat” and creating a virtual power plant that connects customers' photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Support Talent Managers in implementing active sourcing measures in professional networks to target suitable candidates.
• Independently manage search assignments for various positions and locations, including direct phone contact with candidates.
• Responsible for the candidate journey through communication with applicants, timely feedback, and competent answers to questions.
• After successful onboarding, independently conduct initial interviews and support filling key positions.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a university for at least two semesters, studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• You can support us for 15-20 hours per week.
• You ideally have some experience in recruiting and possess a technical affinity.
• You are communicative and can communicate fluently in German.
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
• You stand out with a strong motivation and high reliability.
