Project Manager for New Energy Large Projects - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5° Commercial & Industrial Solutions, we support all commercial and industrial companies in Germany on their path to CO₂ neutrality with safe, efficient, and innovative New Energy systems. We are looking for a Project Manager for New Energy Large Projects who wants to contribute their expertise in photovoltaics, energy storage, charging infrastructure, energy management, and network technology.

In Short

• Overall commercial management of demanding EPC projects in the Commercial New Energy sector from contract signing to successful handover.
• Central role as a reliable point of contact for our clients throughout the project duration.
• Cross-project coordination and management of all internal and external stakeholders from sales to grid operators.
• Structured management of project status, risks, schedules, and escalations to ensure stable project execution.
• Active development of commercial project management structures, processes, and standards in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of solid professional experience in project management of complex projects, ideally in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in managing demanding customer projects and professionally handling escalations and risks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure and calm in dynamic situations.
• Structured, independent working style combined with proficiency in modern project management tools.
• Fluent in German at C-level and good English skills for smooth communication.
