In Short

• Coordinate the Integrations Team and manage partner networks.
• Draft requirements for software and hardware solutions.
• Engage in root cause analyses for platform stability.
• Support the software delivery process for integration solutions.
• Drive the definition and enhancement of integration solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Act as a point of contact for partner networks.
• Work with local and international teams to meet market needs.
• Maintain high technical standards and promote best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
• Knowledge of communication protocols for renewable energy.
• Ability to perform root cause analyses on technical issues.
• Passion for building innovative energy market solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and project execution ownership.
• Agile and product-oriented mindset.
• Very strong written and spoken English skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration.
• Bonus: Experience building products for the energy market.
