In Short

• Oversee day-to-day execution of individual client projects
• Coordinate with key individuals to ensure smooth technical operations
• Manage multiple steps of the project process from framing to close out
• Support business analysis and performance monitoring
• Manage internal and client teams' expectations
• Provide feedback on project timelines and expectations
• Collaborate with internal team to find new and creative ways to maximize performance
• Adapt quickly to solve problems for leadership and internal teams
• Form trusting relationships with internal cross-functional teams
• Support business development and marketing efforts as appropriate

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with emphasis in geology and/or geophysics and data science
• Experience working with subsurface data and data management
• Proficient in Petrel software for subsurface workflows
• Organized and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communicator and comfortable working with virtual teams across diverse domains
• Familiarity with agile processes and best practices is a bonus
