Project Manager - Energy Sector - Remote

Overview

Atwell is looking for a Project Manager with energy experience. Current projects include oil & natural gas, petrochemical, CO2, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities. The selected candidate will work to build our business through industry contacts nationwide.

In Short

• Supervises and directs all members of the assigned project team.
• Develop and achieve annual business plan with Regional Leader.
• Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key clients.
• Lead project and team financial performance.
• Collaborate and lead team to help them determine timeframes and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to project inquiries.
• Assist with business development and marketing support.
• Ensure team performance and provide leadership to project teams.
• Participate in educational workshops and professional societies.
• Willing to travel when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Professional Engineering license is a plus.
• Eight (8) plus years of experience in energy engineering, design, construction, or survey.
• Ability to train and mentor engineering & design teams.
