Overview

As a Survey Project Manager at Atwell, you will play a critical role in the success of our survey group and the execution of projects that vary in size, detail, and complexity. You will have the opportunity to do your best work with the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

In Short

• Lead a team responsible for drafting and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Review project survey data using the latest technology.
• Analyze site conditions for development.
• Plan and supervise survey crews and office staff.
• Provide oversight on large-scale ALTA surveys.
• Guide junior team members in construction-related services.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project assignments.
• Attend training and development events.
• Assist with staff training and career planning.
• Motivate staff with rewards and recognition.

Requirements

• Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS).
• 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, and related documents.
