Project Manager/Survey Programmer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in the day-to-day programming and fielding of projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining communication with clients, and monitoring project progress.

In Short

• Review and approve bids and project plans with oversight from Senior Project Managers.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects from bidding through fielding.
• Conduct detailed project reviews, ensuring quality checks are in place.
• Provide support to Senior Project Managers on larger projects.
• Stay involved in programming and keep Senior Project Managers informed.
• Program surveys, coordinate testing, and double-check survey results.
• Manage study fielding, focusing on quotas and minimizing sample waste.
• Regularly update clients and IS teams on project progress.
• Collaborate with other managers to coordinate project details.
• Participate in testing new software releases and report bugs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of survey programming experience or 1 year in an IS PM role.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a client service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Perl.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical tasks.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral technical communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to manage a small team.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to manage multiple projects.
