• We are seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Manager to join our team.
• Focus on planning and executing the company roadmap.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and Release Planning teams.
• Drive operational excellence across teams.
• Implement and lead agile, scalable processes.
• Establish structured monitoring tools for tracking progress.
• Provide training and ongoing support for effective planning.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and risk management.
• Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead monthly financial reviews and reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Program Management experience, ideally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
