In Short

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences and programs for people managers and senior executives.
• Collaborate closely with functional TD partners to deliver on business needs.
• Facilitate learning offerings within NAMER.
• Support the creation and maintenance of training materials and e-learning modules.
• Conduct analyses and gather feedback for improvement.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Apply best practices and process improvements globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a learning & development, training, or instructional design role.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
