Sr. Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the company’s key high visibility operational or infrastructure programs. This individual will directly lead multiple large programs, ensuring all workstreams and projects achieve established milestones leading to successful program delivery.

In Short

• Lead the core team for assigned program.
• Ensure individual projects and workstreams are adequately resourced.
• Collaborate with project leads to maintain a master program schedule.
• Work closely with executive sponsors to create program budgets.
• Identify and drive alignment on key deliverables and risks.
• Maintain risk register and proactively mitigate risks.
• Drive clarity of deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Develop foundational project management systems.
• Lead operations projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, technology, or scientific background.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability in leading multiple mid to large scale projects.
• Strong aptitude to drive cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet.
• Track record of achieving results via influence and building relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance differences and conflicts between multiple stakeholders.
