Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead mission-critical software development projects for Federal agencies. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives while managing every aspect of contract performance.

In Short

• Act as the primary liaison between VivSoft and Government representatives.
• Oversee all aspects of program management.
• Lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide mentorship and direction to team members.
• Ensure team performance aligns with contracting requirements.
• Maintain high standards for content and quality of work.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to government stakeholders.
• Ensure continuity in program leadership during absences.
• Stay conversant with PWS objectives and obligations.

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• DevOps Certified Agile Service Manager is a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in Federal contracting environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects of similar scope.
