In Short

• Lead and manage all aspects of the DoD customer program.
• Collaborate closely with the Government Program Manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Procuring Contracting Officer.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product or Program Manager.
• Experience in C5ISR M&S and software development.
• Strong understanding of DoD program environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and contracting processes preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product or Program Manager leading software development teams.
• Demonstrated experience in C5ISR M&S and software development.
• Strong understanding of DoD program environments and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
