Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the development of examinations and examination items according to ICC departmental processes and psychometric standards.

In Short

• Manage Examination Development Committees (EDCs) and ensure quality output.
• Ensure all examinations follow ICC-established rules of style and quality goals.
• Monitor examination performance and provide quality reports.
• Support client and candidate inquiries and monitor service quality.
• Assist in business development and monitor expenses.
• Provide technical item challenge reviews and documentation.
• Assist with research and development of departmental systems.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30% for meetings and engagements.
• Maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related area preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Education, Assessment, or building safety industry preferred.
• Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• Ability to inspire and motivate volunteers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning new software.
• Good public speaking and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress.
