Overview

The Electrical Division has been created to deliver a faster, more transparent, high-integrity alternative in the Electrical Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) ecosystem. This role is a high-ownership, growth-obsessed with a purpose to build pipeline, win strategic accounts, and establish ICC-ES Electrical as a credible, preferred partner for manufacturers, integrators, and innovators. This is a builder role. The person will be who turns strategy into revenue—quickly—while protecting the trust and credibility required in certification.

In Short

  • Establish business in areas of Non-accredited services: Global Concierge Services, Training, Compliance Readiness Review (Gap Analysis), European Directive, Certifications and Inspections.
  • Own bookings and revenue for ICC-ES Electrical across key verticals.
  • Prospect aggressively and systematically.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to handoff to operations.
  • Build and manage a strategic account list.
  • Define ideal customer profiles and develop sales assets.
  • Implement and enforce CRM/Database discipline.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to drive accountability and performance.
  • Develop referral partnerships with various stakeholders.
  • Represent ICC-ES Electrical at trade events and industry forums.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in B2B sales within TIC/certification/compliance.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota and winning strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of certification/testing/inspection services.
  • Excellent executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience in electrical manufacturing and energy tech markets.
  • Familiarity with standards-driven industries.
  • Experience launching new territories or products.
