Division Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Division Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing sales processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for Agiliti’s customers.

In Short

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to close new business.
• Oversee sales processes for new and existing customers.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Monitor loaner inventory and manage retrieval plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with major customers.
• Resolve customer issues and plan educational services.
• Lead field teams and communicate expectations clearly.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of sales and service experience in SPD/GI Lab/OR.
• Experience in solution/conceptual sales and management.
• Strong negotiation skills at the hospital executive level.
• Ability to travel frequently.
