Overview

The Division Sales Manager at Heartland is responsible for leading various sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability objectives while fostering collaboration across functions to meet client needs.

In Short

  • Manage sales teams including outside, inside, and channel sales.
  • Define and communicate the sales process and effectiveness drivers.
  • Lead teams to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for targeted markets.
  • Identify and grow strategic referral relationships.
  • Ensure positive client onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and product development.
  • Provide insights on business intelligence and process improvements.
  • May handle contract renewal activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6 years of related professional experience.
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory position preferred.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
