Overview

The Service Representative - Surgical Equipment Repair ensures operational delivery of Surgical Equipment Repair offerings to a set account base, including onsite instruments, rigid endoscopes, flexible endoscopes, and various surgical device repairs while maintaining customer service.

In Short

  • Manage key accounts and grow the Surgical Equipment Repair business
  • Establish and maintain appropriate levels of service delivery
  • Maintain relationships within facilities for clear communications
  • Create opportunities to decrease expenditures
  • Navigate equipment throughout the hospital
  • Ensure complete paperwork submission
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience desired
  • Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Willingness to travel to support business needs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to sit, stand, and bend often
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
